All orders placed within the continental United States are sent USPS Priority. Expedited freight is sent USPS Express.
Non-Continental United States
All orders placed outside of the continental United States are sent USPS Priorty International.
International Orders
All international orders are sent via USPS. All international shipping charges are for freight and handling only, and does not include any of the entering countries customs duties or import taxes. A copy of the orders contents will be included as a packing list with the order.
Additional Charges
Additional charges can be incurred when ordering freight sensitive merchandise such as speaker enclosures, or over sized product. These extra fees can include charges for double cartons, special protective shipping materials, and or extra labor fees for over sized packages. The fee for these materials are included in the shipping and handling charges and are listed on the invoice.
Damaged or Improper Order Contents
Any damage to merchandise must be reported immediately to the party responsible, and a claim should be made as soon as possible.
Any orders containing the incorrect product or quantities should be brought to the attention of the Manager of Speaker City, USA immediately so they can be corrected as soon as possible. Incorrect order freight charges will be the responsibility of Speaker City USA, including pick up charges.
Returns
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. All returned merchandise must be in new original unaltered condition and show no signs of installation or testing. Product showing these signs will be returned to the customer immediately. Returned merchandise must have the approval and return authorization of the manager within 7 days of receipt of goods. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. After merchandise has been approved and returned in good order, Speaker City USA will issue a credit, exchange, or refund for the merchandise only. Freight charges are not refundable.
